We work with major PPO dental plans.
Bring your card or plan details and we take it from there: we verify your benefits before treatment, file the claim for you, and explain any out-of-pocket amount up front — no surprises.
In-network with these PPO carriers
Not on the list? Most PPO plans let you see any licensed dentist and reimburse part of the cost. Call us with your plan name and member ID and we'll check your out-of-network benefits in a few minutes.

Getting the most from your PPO dental plan
A PPO (preferred provider organization) plan lets you choose your dentist. Seeing an in-network dentist like Coit Dental usually costs you less, because the carrier has agreed fees with us and pays its share directly to our office.
Most PPO plans cover preventive care, such as exams, cleanings and X-rays, at or near 100%. Basic treatment like fillings is usually shared after your deductible, and major work such as crowns, bridges, dentures or implants is covered at a lower percentage. Plans also have an annual maximum, and some have waiting periods for major or orthodontic care, so it helps to plan bigger treatment with your benefit year in mind. Most plans reset on January 1: here is how to use your dental benefits before they reset.
That is why we check your benefits before treatment and give you an estimate up front. If your plan resets in January, we can help you schedule care so you use this year's benefits before they expire. Call 214-387-8400 or send us a message with your carrier and member ID, and we will take it from there.
Questions about Aetna and Invisalign, or coverage in general?
We've written plain-English guides on how PPO plans handle orthodontics and cosmetic work. Or just call — it's usually faster.
Coverage varies by plan and employer. Estimates we give before treatment are based on information from your carrier and are not a guarantee of payment.
